All our olive oils significantly exceed the recognised EU health claim threshold of 250 mg/kg of polyphenols. Both our monovarietal oils and carefully crafted blends reach levels above 1300 mg/kg, placing them among high-phenolic oils known for their strong antioxidant properties and contribution to human health.
Organic Production on Untouched Land
All our oils are produced from olives grown on virgin, unpolluted land under certified organic practices. We do not use pesticides or synthetic treatments, allowing the olives to develop naturally and ensuring purity, safety, and respect for the environment.
Authentic Dalmatian Origin
Rooted in the Dalmatian hinterland, Lepur oils reflect a unique terroir shaped by stone, sun, and wind. This origin gives them a distinctive profile: robust, slightly bitter and pleasantly pungent , with a character often described as bold, authentic, and inherently medicinal.
