We are proud to announce that the LEPUR organic olive farm and mill have been included for the first time in Flos Olei 2026, the world’s most prestigious guide to extra virgin olive oils. Often described as the “Michelin Guide of the olive oil world”, Flos Olei is an international atlas that carefully evaluates and selects the 500 best olive oil farms across 57 countries each year.
Being included in this guide is one of the highest honours an olive oil producer can receive — a recognition reserved for farms that demonstrate excellence in quality, consistency, authenticity and cultivation practices.
What makes this achievement even more meaningful is that LEPUR is the only Dalmatian farm featured in the 2026 edition. This recognition places our small, family-run organic estate among the most respected olive oil producers in the global community.
Flos Olei is widely used by chefs, sommeliers, importers, retailers and olive oil experts as the definitive reference point for selecting the world’s top extra virgin olive oils. For producers, inclusion in the guide strengthens credibility, opens doors to new international markets and showcases the unique value of their terroir.
For us at LEPUR, this honour carries deep significance. Our olives grow on untouched land on the edge of Dalmatian Bukovica, in a certified organic regime, surrounded by clean air, strong natural winds and abundant sunlight. Each tree grows freely across our 20-hectare family grove, reflecting a philosophy rooted in purity, sustainability and respect for nature. Our in-house cold-controlled milling process preserves the natural bioactive compounds of early-harvest olives, resulting in EVOO rich in polyphenols and distinctive in character.
